SHIPPING

All orders are shipped on Monday Tuesdays Thursday & Friday after 2pm. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to process your order after your payment is cleared. After processing it will take 2-3 business to receive your package depending on the shipping method you choose. You will receive your tracking number via the email or the phone number provided.

PLEASE READ

When providing your shipping address, please make sure the address is correct. If we ship out your product and the shipping address provided was incorrect, we are not liable for the lost of your merchandise. You must contact the shipping provider and handle the issue on your own.

RETURNS

Please insure that you are truly interested in our product before purchasing..

If you wish to return an untouched item there is a 30% restocking fee per ORDER after 5 days.

If you wish to return an item before its sent out to you within 5 days you will be charged a 15% Inconvenience fee. 

Preordered items are custom made and cannot be returned or exchanged.*

Before using your products, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure you have received the correct item. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect and examine the items without manipulating / using them. The only exception to this is receiving the incorrect order.

We will not offer refund / exchange or any type of accommodations for items that you have altered on your own. If you would like to return the items to us, it must be in it's original state. You will get a full refund on your items without sales tax included.

We do offer replacements for product that is defective. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality products that we offer. If you mistakenly receive items that are defective please contact us with pictures and videos proving that the items you received are of poor quality. When you send the pictures/videos the product should still be in its natural state and also in its original packaging where possible. Once your return / exchange is processed you must send the items back to the return address. Please include your name order number and reason for return in the package.

 *Only regular priced items may be exchanged unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Cancellations 
you have the right to cancel or return your order within 5 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

After 5 days, you will be Charged a restocking fee


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
